The Benefits Administration Module delivers advanced automation for all of your benefit plans. This module defines and manages all plans through detailed plan definition and calculation tables. Any type of plan is supported including health, spending accounts, 401(k), pension, profit sharing, life, LTD, STD, COBRA, dependent, and special user-unique plans. All data is instantly accessible.Eligibility tables manage rules for groups of employees who may receive different plans. Deductions may be sent directlyto carriers, and reconciled against monthly reports.
The Position Control Module models and manages an organization’s position structure. It manages all positions and information related to those positions in a separate database (Positions). It is fully integrated with and maintains automated links to the Employee Database. Position assignments, FTE's, free form text for full Position Descriptions, education and skill requirements, requisitions, incumbent history, reporting relationships, and budgeting information are just a sampling of the data maintained about a position. As with other databases, you can add new screens and fields to meet your own unique needs, without programming orcosts.
