SPARQ HRIS - Payroll Interface Module
The Payroll Interface Module allows users to easily transfer information from the SPARQ HRIS employee and benefits systems to theirpayroll system. The Payroll interface module currently is being used to interface with all major service bureau systems, localpayroll companies, and several in-house systems. By capturing the changes required for payroll, as they are made, the user will not be required to enter the same information into both systems, removing the duplication of entry. In addition to making lifeeasier for the user, the integrity of the data as it moves through various systems is maintained.

SPARQ HRIS – Accruals Module
The Time Off Accruals Module is available for those companies that want the HR system to compute the earned time off for sick, vacation, personal days, and holidays. This eliminates any manual and time-consuming procedures. The complete automation of accrualrules reduces paperwork, errors, work time and cost. The calculated accruals will always be available for on line review and reporting and can be passed to payroll if appropriate. Employee statements can be produced showing all details.

SPARQ HRIS – Self Service Module
The Self-Service Module is the latest addition to PSG’s HR Suite. Designed to provide greater automation to the process of gathering and reviewing information from employees, the Module integrates fully with the HR and Benefits functions and includes all the security and flexibility incorporated throughout the HR Suite. This module is particularly useful in benefits open enrollment where all employees need the ability to view current elections and make changes. It also provides instant feedback from employees for life status changes and for reviewing the accuracy of data on file.

Custom HRIS Interfaces
PSG can provide custom interfaces from the SPARQ HRIS to nearly all software packages that allow import of data in some standard format.
