The Technology Audit is especially useful for organizations who are looking to develop an RFP or internal systems documentation. The process can be tailored to meet the depth and size of your project, and can last from a few days to several weeks depending upon the scope. The Audit includes such functions as:
Current technology review, users, networks, integration with other software, web integration and security
Documentation of benefit plans, forms, work flow, required reporting issues, information flow and history
Management of daily, weekly and monthly tasks, system maintenance, future plans, employee communication, paper flow, policy and procedure documents, and user training
The end result is a custom document that outlines the reports, forms and other documents required, as well as the technical and functional flow of Human Resource information through the organization from the Application process through Retirement. The document is provided both in hard copy and on CD so that it can be maintained and updated yearly.
